 All items are made to order and specifically designed to what you want. Every item does vary on price depending on the design, shape and size.All personalised items need to be paid in full before the product are made. We accept Bank Transfer and Paypal. Once paid for, your order should take maximum of 2 weeks to be posted to you. If there is a busy period, it may take longer but we will inform you of this.All items are sent normal post, if you wish for them to be posted recorded or special, please state.

 

 

 

Shipping costs and delivery will be communicated to the User upon purchase.Because they may vary as per the quantity and size. We send an email to the user with delivery information.

 

•TURN AROUND TIME. Each order is carefully hand made with care and perfection and with lots of love! The ready-made products will be dispatched in 2-3 working days.For customized order please allow between 10-12 business days for your order to ship. If there is a busy period, it may take longer but I will inform you of this.All items are sent normal post, if you wish for them to be posted recorded or special, please state.

 

•CUSTOM ORDERS: May take up to 2-3 weeks to complete as per the specification for that we will let you the know from before.We will sent an email when your order is shipped along with the tracking number.

 

• INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Shipping time for international orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive to you. It is advantageous to plan accordingly

•   All items are made-up of clay so prolonged used with water should be avoided

•   All products are made for decoration purposes and not designed for toys as they do contain small parts.
